What is the difference between Metabolism Boost and Thermo Lean?

Metabolism Boost is more so aimed at improving metabolic rate whilst Thermo Lean works as a thermogenic fat burner. This is why the two often work well together.

Why are Balance & Inostiol bundled together if Balance contains enough Inositol?

It's true, Balance contains the daily recommended amount of Inositol. However we have found that many customers were buying additional Inositol and benefiting from that for their PCOS. So to make it more affordable to combined in a bundle for those wishing to use both.

Can I take these with my other multivitamin?

Does Inositol contain d-chiro?

No, we have chosen to use myo-inositol only in this product given that it is the primary form of Inositol that is shown in studies to be most beneficial for managing PCOS.

Inositol: Mix 1 level measured teaspoon in one cup of water just before bed

What I can say so far about this product is the taste is good. Notice a difference in my mood and energy in the morning after taking balance and waking up less inflamed taking the inositol in the evening before bed. Will come back in a month to give a full review. Have not tried the thermo and metabolism booster yet. Will give it a go today. The shipping to the US for me was quite surprisingly fast! Less than 2 weeks.

I’m not sure whether it’s the mix of supplements or one in particular but this has helped my cycle so much. I’m no longer having to take pain medications 24/7 while on shark week. Since I started taking this, I have been able to sleep through the night almost every night (I used to wake up every hour or 2).
