I haven’t started as yet as still working through my last meal plan. Just a few things that I would suggest maybe like your other meal plans asking people what they like and don’t like with good as to give them options of changing things out? Otherwise looks great

I’m on week 2 of PCOS 10 week ebook and I have finally been loosing weight after trying every single diet, challenge, whatever else and this is the only one that’s ever given results and the cheapest one of them all! I also far more enjoy Drew’s recipes that are wholesome and flavorous and flexible, the exercises are so easy yet bring results! I’m so excited to see what comes by week 10!
Fantastic, as expected
After following the Healthy PCOS Facebook page for sometime I decided to go for ot and order the 10 week weight loss plan. I was not disappointed, it is clear, concise, no waffle whatsoever and very easy to follow. I am enjoying the recipes and the workouts, I am avoiding the scales as I get obsessed with them but my clothes feel looser and I just feel better overall.

While I’m not following the programme to a T it has been very useful in helping with pcos friendly foods and exercises. Definitely recommend to friends and family and will of course purchase from you again.
