At Health & Balance Vitamins, we work to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

 

Orders placed through our US website are fulfilled by our distribution partners on behalf of Health & Balance Vitamins.

Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

 

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may take slightly longer to process.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Health & Balance Vitamins ships from our US fulfilment partners.


Delivery Timeframes

 

US orders are shipped using trusted tracked carrier services.

 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery time frames are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

 

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

 

  • Carrier operations
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • World Events
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs processing for international deliveries

While we work to dispatch and deliver orders within these time frames, delivery dates are not guaranteed and are outside of our control.

 

Free Shipping

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

We offer free standard shipping on:

 

  • United States orders over $75 USD

The cart total must meet the threshold after discounts have been applied.

 

Express or upgraded shipping options are available at an additional cost.

 

Free shipping applies to the original dispatch only and does not apply to re-shipments due to:

 

  • Incorrect address details
  • Failed delivery or collection
  • Refused delivery
  • Other customer-caused returns

Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

 

When using payment services such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or similar platforms, the address saved within those services may override the address entered during checkout.

 

We recommend reviewing your saved address before completing your order.

 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in:

 

  • Delivery delays
  • Additional carrier charges
  • The parcel being returned to sender

If an address error is identified after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

 

If a parcel has already been dispatched, customers may contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect or hold where available.

 

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or resent free of charge where incorrect details were supplied.

 

Returned to Sender Parcels

 

A parcel may be returned to our warehouse if:

 

  • An incorrect address was provided
  • Delivery was refused
  • The parcel was not collected
  • The address provided was incomplete or invalid

If a parcel is returned for any of the above reasons, the order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

 

Reshipment can be arranged once the parcel has been received and processed by our warehouse. Additional shipping charges will apply.

 

Protective Packaging

 

Some of our supplements are shipped directly inside the delivery packaging without additional outer packaging.

 

For this reason, the shipping packaging forms part of the product’s protective packaging and should remain unopened until you are ready to use the product.

 

Opening the parcel may affect eligibility for returns, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

 

Delivery Confirmation

 

Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by the carrier, including delivery to a parcel locker, mail room, reception desk, or other designated delivery point, delivery is considered complete.

 

Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient at that time.

 

If you cannot locate your parcel after it has been marked delivered, please contact the delivery carrier directly to request an investigation. Our team can assist with shipment details where needed.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

 

There are several reasons a package may appear lost or delayed. In many cases, parcels are located nearby or held by a neighbor.

 

We recommend checking:

 

  • Around your property
  • With neighbors
  • Common courier safe drop locations

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

 

Health & Balance Vitamins is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery. Replacements in these circumstances would be at the customer’s expense.

 

For apartment complexes or shared buildings, we recommend using a secure delivery option where possible.

 

Delivery to Third-Party Locations

 

If a parcel is delivered to a parcel locker, reception desk, mail room, or other third-party location, delivery is considered complete.

 

Responsibility transfers to the recipient at that time.

 

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

 

Subscription Orders

 

If you have an active subscription, orders will be automatically processed according to your selected delivery schedule.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and subscription settings are up to date before the next billing date.

 

If your address changes or you will be unavailable to receive your order, please update your details at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled payment.

 

To update successfully:

 

  1. Log Into Your Customer Portal
  2. Update your main account address
  3. Update the address within the subscription management section

Both sections must be updated.

International Orders (from the US)

 

Customers ordering outside the United States are responsible for understanding any local import regulations, duties, or taxes that may apply.

 

Health & Balance Vitamins is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Parcels refused due to local regulations
  • Additional duties, taxes, or import fees

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customs Processing

 

Customs clearance time frames are outside of our control.

 

While all required documentation is provided, customs processing is determined by the destination country’s authorities.
