L-carnitine, sometimes known as levocarnitine, is best known for its ability to help your body transform fats into usable energy. It's involved in the energy production process, making sure your cells' engines (mitochondria) burn those fats efficiently.

While your body can create L-carnitine on its own, some may need an extra boost, especially if you follow a vegan diet or face genetic challenges in producing enough. That's where supplements come in! For all of its hormone-related health benefits*, L-carnitine isn't talked about enough. Pair this with its versatility, and you have one of the most underrated vitamins out there.

Ingredients (per serve): N-acetyl L-carnitine (1.5g).

L-Carnitine may:

  • Support metabolic health by reducing cholesterol & triglycerides*
  • Positively affect body weight, body mass index (BMI), and body circumference*

They changed formulas

Unfortunately they changed the formulas for this and for Balance. The flavors are a lot different. But the worst part for me is, my cysts came back. I’ve been taking their supplements since 2021, and they always worked for me. Resolved my cysts, hormone levels, and periods. I cannot say the same now after taking these for 3 years! I do not know what’s going on but I miss the old Healthy PCOS formulas, even if it meant waiting for 2 weeks from Australia :( I never had an issue with those and they always worked so well for me.

Taste is Horrible

It's nearly impossible to mask the taste of this. The taste is horrible. My daughter and I were both trying this product so I bought 2. It's just not worth trying to hide the taste.

Tastes AWFUL!

The taste is so bad that it made me feel like I was ingesting some kind of chemical...very off putting. I took it once and couldn't continue. I was also turned off that they provide a scooper w/o the proper measurements....what's the point of that? Half a scoop?? Stop it! Just include a scooper w/ the proper dosage.

Not the same

Recently the formulation has changed on this product. The taste is now awful and it curdled my coffee. Putting it in tea wasn’t great either. Water is the only way to drink this now, and it’s still bad. The “half scoop” serving instructions made me do some math and saw that it was half a teaspoon. Not a big deal, but I cannot do the taste. Before the formulation change, the product had no taste. Even though I did see results with the former formulation, I will not be repurchasing this one. Had it for a little over a month now and have only used it a handful of times.
