Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fats that are well known for supporting brain, heart, and joint health. In those with PCOS, omega 3 fatty acids may also positively affect metabolic health while supporting fertility, inflammation & androgen levels.

Sources of Omega-3 fatty acids include chia seeds, salmon, tuna and flaxseeds. However, Health & Balance Vitamins' Omega 3 offers an optimal-strength dietary supplement as an alternative to relying on foods for adequate intake.

Ingredients (per serve): Fish oil (1000mg), EPA (200mg), DHA (130mg).

Why do I feel unwell after taking it?

It is an oil, and for some people when taken on an empty stomach it can sit heavy. If this is the case, take it straight after a meal and it will resolve this.

Take 1 soft gel per day, ideally in the mornings.

So far so good

I have been taking less than a week so not really long enough for proper review . My skin does seem to be getting better and energy level is getting better. Having said that I am taking berbine, NAC , spearmint and inositol as well.
