Contains Inositol, Folic Acid and CoQ10 for improving fertility & supporting a healthy pregnancy in PCOS.

Inositol is the most researched supplement for improving insulin resistance. It has shown promising results in many studies for treating insulin resistance by improving insulin sensitivity and as well as ovarian function. Thus making our Inositol supplement a fantastic choice when it comes to managing your insulin resistance.

Folic Acid works specifically by regulating the level of homocysteine, an amino acid that can negatively affect fertility when elevated. This makes folic acid supplementation particularly effective for improving chances of conception and reducing the risk of birth defects in a pregnancy.

Finally, CoQ10 is an antioxidant that has been linked to improving egg quality and ovulation by repairing free radicals known to decrease the quality of oocytes. This ensures more follicles mature and greater endometrial thickness, resulting in increased ovulation rates.

Can I take these with blood thinners or anti-depressants?

This will be a case by case situation so ideally always best to speak to your pharmacist or healthcare professional when it comes to the CoQ10 in particular.

Does this contain d-chiro?

No, we have chosen to use myo-inositol only in this product given that it is the primary form of Inositol that is shown in studies to be most beneficial for managing aspects of PCOS.

Should I continue these once I become pregnant?

It is important with Folic Acid in particular to not only commence it before pregnancy, but during also. When the baby is developing early during pregnancy, folic acid helps form the neural tube. Folic acid is very important because it can help prevent some major birth defects of the baby's brain (anencephaly) and spine (spina bifida).

Inositol also has been shown to assist in reducing the risk of developing gestational diabetes.

Inositol: Mix one scoop in any liquid of your choice, stir well. Best taken in the morning or mid-afternoon.

CoQ10: Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.

Folic Acid: Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.

Honest Review

it has taken several months. After taking the supplements for almost a year I went from having nothing, to spotting every few months to being on the 3rd day of a very heavy cycle. This works along with a healthier lifestyle and patience and prayer.

Review of PCOS Bundle

I am starting to get cycles again although they have been extremely light. Still better than nothing and I have confidence this will get better the more I take the vitamins.

Fertility bundle

I have PCOaS with insulin resistance. I started the fertility bundle and before the month was over I actually found out I was 3 weeks pregnant. Probably not super relative but I started it on day 1 of my cycle. I was unsure that I was actually ovulating.
